With her debut album, Wiser (I thought I’d know better but I don’t), Dominique Claire blends her multifaceted identity into Irish-country harmonies with a touch of soul and R&B. For this album, she co-wrote with renowned country-blues singer-songwriter Justin Saladino (Ariel Posen, Serena Rider) and Juno and Adisq award winner and producer Daniel Russo Garrido (Boogát). Her music is strongly influenced by artists such as Lana Del Rey, Lady Antebellum, The Corrs, Sinéad O’Connor, The Cranberries, Leon Bridges, Brittany Howard and Fleetwood Mac.
